Straight From the Heart
There are no words powerful enough to describe a mother’s love. But on Mother’s Day 2025, the little ones of Nav Chetana Sr. Sec. School, Badhra tried their best — with colours, charts, cards, and the purest hearts in the world. What followed was one of the most heartwarming days our school has ever witnessed.
THE CELEBRATION
This year’s Mother’s Day celebration was a special event organised for our youngest students — a day dedicated entirely to honouring the most important person in every child’s life. Their mother.
Days before the event, our tiny students got busy in classrooms — cutting, colouring, drawing, and crafting with complete focus and absolute joy. Every child had one mission — to make something beautiful for their mum. And they delivered.
On the day of the celebration, the school was decorated with colour and warmth. Mothers were invited to the campus for a special program where their little ones had prepared a surprise for them.
THE MOMENT THAT MELTED EVERY HEART
One by one, the children walked up to their mothers and presented their handmade charts and cards — each one unique, each one full of innocent love. Some cards had wobbly letters. Some charts had uneven lines. But every single one of them was made with complete sincerity and boundless affection.
The moment children handed over their creations to their mothers — the room filled with tears, laughter, and the warmest hugs you have ever seen. Teachers, staff, and even visitors present that day could not help but smile.
It was a reminder of something beautifully simple — no gift in the world compares to something made with love by your own child.
WHAT THE CHILDREN MADE
Our little artists created:
- 🎨 Handmade greeting cards with personal messages and drawings
- 📋 Decorated charts with portraits of their mothers and heartfelt words
- ✉️ Love letters written in their own sweet, innocent handwriting
- 🌸 Paper flowers crafted with care and creativity
MESSAGES FROM MOTHERS
The mothers who attended the program were visibly moved by the love and effort their children had put in. Many of them expressed how special and unexpected the experience was — to be celebrated so genuinely and so purely by their little ones at school.
For many mothers it was a moment they will carry in their hearts forever.

At Nav Chetana we believe that emotional intelligence and gratitude are just as important as academic learning. Celebrations like Mother’s Day teach our youngest students the values of love, appreciation, and expressing their feelings — lessons that will shape them into caring and compassionate human beings.
